Yes. Your home design visit and quotation are free, with no obligation to buy. We’ll discuss suitable options and explain the proposed work and cost.
Can I enquire for a parent or family member?
Yes. You can make the enquiry on their behalf. A family member or carer is welcome at the visit so we can discuss the bathroom together.
What if I’m not sure which bathroom I need?
You don’t need to decide before enquiring. We’ll listen to your requirements and help you compare walk-in showers, baths and wet rooms.
How soon can the work be completed?
Tell us your preferred timeframe during our call, including if your need is urgent. We’ll confirm a realistic schedule after checking the survey, products and installation availability.
Do I need permission for the work?
If you rent or someone else owns the property, permission may be needed before installation. Tell our team about your situation during the call so we can discuss the next steps.
What happens after I send the form?
Our team will call you to discuss your bathroom and arrange a suitable visit. Submitting the form is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment or a commitment to buy.
Could I qualify for 0% VAT?

Will you remove the existing bathroom?
We coordinate the agreed installation work and removal of installation waste. Your quotation will explain what is included for your project.
