Do I Need Permission Before Booking?
If you own the property, you can book your visit whenever you are ready. If the home is rented, council-owned or managed by a housing association, alterations will normally require the landlord or provider’s written permission.
You can still request a call before permission is final. Tell us whether permission is obtained, requested or still needs discussing, and we will explain the practical next steps without pressuring you to book installation work.
Children arranging a bathroom for a parent can attend the visit, join by telephone or ask us to speak with the person using the bathroom directly.

Do I need to know my budget before booking?
